Can you tell me on the phone how much your services will cost me?
Because we offer flat rate pricing, we do offer phone quotes so you can get an idea what the service will cost. Many companies will not give phone quotes for fear of scaring customers away. We at Community Plumbing are different in this aspect. Seeing we have a pretty accurate flat rate pricing system, we feel that we should share that information with you over the phone. We believe it is the proper way to do business. We offer flat rate quotes over the phone but you must understand that the quote composition might change once the plumber sees the job. We won't change the prices.
Experience has shown us that customers prefer an accurate price based on their particular plumbing problem. On the phone we can't tell for sure everything that might be wrong. It would not be fair to quote you a price and then have to charge you more after we find the scope of your plumbing problems. By allowing us to diagnose your problem in person, you will know exactly how much it will cost you.
One thing you can be of is that we will never price ourselves out of the market. We charge you a fair price. Remember, you can always find a cheap price, but getting a quality job performed is what most people are looking for.
